All dolled up

"hmm...lets see how 'girly' you think playing with dolls is when your tiny city is reduced to a speck of dust under the boot of one~"

Another random multi-size idea I had in mind, with several layers of doll houses shrunken into each other.
For the first panel, I had the young PC98 Alice standing with her foot hovering right above a tiny city shrunken down around 10'000x times smaller
Next layer is one of the other Alice's dolls, 100x bigger than normal and with her boot right on top of the roof of the smaller dollhouse.
Then we have Alice herself, 100x bigger again, with her boot parked right on top of the 2nd smallest doll house.
Then, we have Medicine's fairy doll "Su-san" around 50x times bigger than normal, jumping on top of the dollhouse Alice is on.
And finally, Medicine herself is looming above the tiny dollhouse her own doll was in, by a colossal 1000x times bigger, looking down at the tiny speck at the rim of her shoe, and enjoying her power over everyone else~

For the math, and considering the normal heights
Young Alice would be approx 12km tall to the tiny city
Shanghai Doll would be 800km tall (already the size of several countries)
Alice would be over 150'000km tall (her boot being larger than the world to that shrunken city)
"Su-san" would be around 5'000'000km tall (the world being a tiny pebble to her compared to the city)
and Medicine would be it least a whooping 8'000'000'000km tall (8 billion km, an entire planet would be like a microbe to her, towering at trillions of times larger than the infinitesimal specks on that shrunken city in Young Alice's doll house~)
