At the nurse's office

Another idea/suggestion from my friend CatadioptricTrap, who wasn't feeling too well, so wanted an image of a tiny Flandre sitting on Eirin's lap. (of which Medicine was added in to fill space and because she is cute~)
Also resulted in some edits involving Flandre getting even smaller, and Medicine getting larger with the mysterious potion in her hands due to a little RP.

Sizes:
Flandre - 10cm (panel 1) - 3cm (panel 2/3)
Medicine - 5m (panel 3)
