Request - Under the Overlord's rule

Another request image, along with a short description written by a friend, of Rozalin from Disgaea, sitting on top of a mountain, while her heels dig dangerously close the the surrounding cityscape. Haven't done any size-stuffs with Disgaea characters in like a year, but a few of my friends have taken a liking to this one recently, so a good a time as ever to post something~
